October October 28 – 29 C APE TOWN INTERNATIONAL KITE FESTIVAL Channel your inner Mary Poppins in Cape Town this fall at Africa’s biggest kite festival. Kite makers and flyers from around the continent arrive in Cape Town to celebrate their pastime, which attracts more than 20,000 visitors annually to the city.
