In this issue we return to top level motorsport but not in a conventional way, and by doing so accelerate the development of our electric powertrains. In tandem, we introduce our Jaguar I-PACE Concept vehicle - a revolutionary new model available to reserve now for delivery in 2018.

I-PACE CONCEPT EXTERIOR DESIGN With the silhouette and stance of a supercar and the space and command of an SUV, the I-PACE Concept promises a whole new experience for 21st-century families There has never been a Jaguar vehicle quite like the I-PACE Concept*. Liberated by the compact electric drivetrain, the Jaguar design team led by Ian Callum has given the I-PACE Concept the ‘mid-cabin’ profile more usually associated with mid-engined supercars like the Jaguar C-X75. But the I-PACE Concept isn’t just beautiful, it’s smart also, slipping through the air with exceptional efficiency for a sports car—the drag coefficient is just 0.29 Cd—thanks to details like flush door handles and active aerodynamic features like cooling inlets that shut when not in use and a body which is lowered at speed to cut drag. The rear of the I-PACE Concept—vital to aerodynamic performance—was developed using the most advanced computer modeling. *All illustrations, photographs and specifications shown here are based on the Jaguar I-PACE concept vehicle. Final U.S. specifications, design, equipment, and accessories have not been determined. Therefore, U.S. production vehicles will differ from the one shown. All pricing and figures for acceleration, power, speed, range and charging are Manufacturer’s estimates based on best information available at time of publication. Jaguar I-PACE production vehicles will be tested and certified prior to release, with official figures available prior to any customer order.” THEJAGUAR 21
